“No Kings” Protest Proves The Left Will Lose

Last week, “No Kings” protestors attempted to cause a ruckus around the country and in Warren County. But despite all the attention they garnered, the protests expose the Left’s fatal weakness.

According to the Indianola Advocate, some 300 people showed up in Indianola to protest the Trump administration. Similar protests occurred throughout the nation. The demonstrations coincided with Flag Day, the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary, and President Trump’s birthday.

Apparently, the same people who had no problem with the Biden-Harris administration prosecuting political opponents and maintaining draconian COVID-era policies, are now suddenly very concerned about tyranny in America.

But this demonstrates the fatal flaw of the Left. The last four years proved that they don’t know how to govern. All they know how to do is protest. One wonders if Leftwing activists are secretly happy that Trump won so they have something to fight against.

Progressivism, almost by definition, must always be rebelling, revolting, and rioting. They don’t know how to build anything constructive. They can only yell at those who do.

Conservatives don’t have time to protest. We’re too busy raising families, starting businesses, planting churches, and building communities. We can build a culture and grow a civilization. The Left can just try to burn it down.

But this is why the Left will never truly win. They might do a lot of damage on their long road to destruction, but they can’t truly construct a society worth living in. 

Don’t be intimidated by the Left’s noise. Keep building your families, businesses, and communities. This is a tool that the Left doesn’t possess. This is our secret weapon that will eventually silence the screams of those who only know how to riot.

    I didn’t even know there was a “protest”, so I guess they were not very good at it. Years ago, in the 80’s, I protested at Offut AFB in Nebraska. All I did was cross over a white line at the entrance to the base, but that is illegal, and I was detained by the Air Force. The FBI was called in to take me to Omaha where I was arraigned, tried, and given time in jail, I did this on three different occasions. I was not there to protest the military! I would not do that as I am a proud Air Force Military Brat.

    I did it because as a teenager I lived on a B-52 Air Force base, and we were in base housing. During the Cuban Missile Crisis we had sand-bags in our basement windows. My step-dad, a Crew Chief on the B-52’s went with the plane when it went on alerts. We knew that if there was a war with, the then Soviet Union, there was the possibility that a Nuclear War could be the end of our planet! We face that fact today. I was making a statement that we should never unleash a Nuclear Attack again!

    When I see the way the so-called protestors are behaving, or rather rioting, these days, I wonder what they are doing, and why do they call it a Protest? It is not a protest, it is harmful, dangerous, idiotic behavior and they all should be in jail. A little time spent in a cell will make them think about how they are disrespectful, unpatriotic, and downright criminal in their so-called protest.

    I did the time in jail voluntarily, I could have avoided it, but it was part of my demonstration/protest. I learned a great deal about those who are in jails, why they are there, and some of the injustice I saw. If you want to know about what I learned, please contact me and I will be happy to share my memories of the experiences. I still feel that a nuclear war is to be avoided for the sake of our planet! Our earth will not survive!

    You make a good point! I can’t remember a time when “protesting” in a riotous way ever got anything good accomplished. I don’t think our founding fathers would approve of such protests. I do think that ea h state needs to pass laws that if people riot, block traffic, prevent others from getting to their destinations, etc., that they should go to jail. That way the rest of us can continue to build our families, businesses and communities in peace. I Timothy 2:1-4 and I Peter 2:13-15 back this up.
